After joining School For Pop-Ups sessions, Icarus and Apollo went on to secure their current residency at Steel Yard Kelham, offering an internationally inspired menu of unique and sustainable plant based meals, sourced as locally to their home town of Sheffield as possible.

YOKI launched at Union St and quickly became a highlight, attracting a huge amount of attention, before ‘graduating’ to the Kommune food court at Castle House in Sheffield city centre.

Lovey Pear launched their first physical location at Union St before opening their own cafe at 231 Oakbrook Road, S1 7EB, serving breakfast and lunch daily plus fresh coffees, pastries & cakes.

Shed launched their first location at Union St before securing a daily residency at Cutlery Works (now finished) and launching their smart vending machines which can be found at Westfield Health, Ponds Forge, and the Northern General Hospital.

TONCO started at Union St before opening their small family restaurant (with outdoor courtyard and seating) at Dyson Place on Sharrow Vale.
