EVENTS, ADVICE, RESOURCES
AND TEST TRADING
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The School For Pop-Ups (SFPU) aims to give new street food start-ups the chance to develop a new brand and test trade to an established customer base, to identify whether there is potential for the new concept to progress to further opportunities.
To do this we offer 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring for people thinking about starting a street food business, access to advice from successful Traders who’ve started in the same place, and access to a city centre serving counter and registered kitchen.
Whilst pausing physical events during Covid-19 we’re currently working to develop the back-end of the organisation, developing our marketing materials and recruiting additional Trustees, to be ready to re-start operations as soon as it’s safe to do so.
